Ada tak yang craving nak makan char koetaw tapi nak kena tunggu malam baru boleh makan, sebab kebanyak kedai jual petang ke malam kan.
Ni sis bagi resepi yg mudah tak perlu ada kicap char koetaw pun boleh buat.
Bahan-bahan
Koetaw
Daun kucai
Toge
Udang
Kerang
Bawang putih ( ketuk bagi pecah)
Telur 1 biji
Kicap *
Sos tiram*
Sos cili*
Cabai blender sikit je guna*
Air*
Garam jika perlu
Bahan yg bertanda * gaul dalam satu mangkuk biar serasi.
Cara masak:
Tumis bawang putih sampai wangi,masuk udang, masukan sos yang dah digaul... Bila mendidih masuk koetaw, kerang, daun kucai dan toge, last masuk telur untuk bagi kuah pekat.
